Find a place worth the ride
Open the map and the places are already there: cafes, viewpoints, temples, sunset stops, hidden gems, added by riders who went. Search anywhere in the world, tap any spot, add it in one step. Pick a few stops, plan a day loop, and hand the route to Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze.
Hit record, lock your phone
RiderLog records in the background with low battery impact, even on all-day rides. If your phone dies mid-trip, your ride is recovered, not lost. Arrive somewhere good and check in with a comment and up to three photos; they join the ride map, the media, the card, and the feed.
Keep the story, not just the numbers

What RiderLog does not do
A few honest things before you spend the tap. There are no star ratings in RiderLog and nobody can buy a pin. A place gets on the map because riders actually went there and checked in. If you are new, I take a quick look at your first public places before everyone sees them. No fake crash detection, no calling 911 for a pothole, no speed leaderboard for your commute, and I do not sell your data. It is not a navigation app either. Plan the loop in RiderLog, let Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze do the turns, and come back to RiderLog when you get off the bike. I build this alone. I am from Latvia, I live in Bangkok, and I ride here most days, so I use the app the same way you will. If something breaks, write to me. I answer every email myself.
